To display a page, your browser connects to the server that hosts the website. This connection necessarily transmits technical data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the date and time. The hosting provider may log this data for security and operational purposes.

• Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in offering a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. As a result, when you open any page your browser connects to Google servers, which receive at least your IP address. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with its own privacy information.

When you submit the form on the contact page, the details you enter (company, name, email, number of sites, area and challenge), together with the language of the page you submit it from, are sent from the website's server to the MESAUNO team by email, through its email delivery provider, which acts on behalf of the controller. The website does not store this data in your browser.

The owner processes this data to deal with your request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, where applicable, the pre-contractual relationship. You can request its erasure at any time.

To submit the form you must tick the box confirming that you have read and accept this privacy policy. The email received by the MESAUNO team includes that acceptance and the date of the request. Ticking the box does not imply any consent to receive advertising or subscriptions.

To reduce automated submissions, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification service provided by Cloudflare. It is loaded only on the contact page. When you open that page, your browser connects to Cloudflare servers, which receive your IP address and technical data about your browser and device to estimate whether the interaction is automated.

When you submit the form, the website's server asks Cloudflare for the result of that check, together with your IP address, before forwarding your request. If the check fails, the request is not sent. Cloudflare processes this data in accordance with its own privacy information.

The website's code does not set its own cookies or store data in your browser, and it does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising or embedded third-party content. MESAUNO does not use these technologies for analytics, advertising or personalisation. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; if you do, the website or the form may not work properly.

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The providers that make the website possible (hosting, fonts, form security check and email delivery) may access data on the terms described above.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, use the Contact form, stating the right you wish to exercise. You can also write to the tax address indicated above.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
